The first software is Allok 3GP PSP MP4 iPod Video Converter. It is an excellent piece of software. It can convert any media format to any media format. As the name suggests you can use this software to convert videos into 3GP (Mobile video format), MP4 (Ipod), PSP (PSP Portable devices), and into many other formats like AVI, WMV, MPG, DIVX, XVID (High Compression) and audio format as MP3, very easily and it is super fast.
The best part of this converter is it does not hamper the audio-video sync. They remain properly synced and you can increase audio volume too.But it is not recommended. As that makes bad audio quality.
